Wheat Gluten

Wheat Gluten has  around 70 to 80% Protein  but the Amino Acid profile is not as good as other ingredients,it is however a great binder and has a elastic like structure when added to your base mix, it is very good for making firm baits and also paste. Use at no more the 10% or it can course problems with rolling.
